Account information (email, date of birth, and the profile you create), verification data (ID document and selfie used solely for identity confirmation), and activity data required to run the service (matches, messages, reports).

To verify you are a real adult, to show your profile to the people you have chosen to be visible to, to run matching, and to review reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Profile photos are checked automatically before a person reviews them: they are analysed by an AI service (Anthropic) that advises our reviewer. Your photos are not used to train AI models. Every decision about your photos is made by a person, never by the machine.

Only what you place on your profile is visible to other members, and only to the audience you allow. Your legal name, ID, and precise location are never displayed.

Some of what you tell us — your orientation, your boundaries, what you are looking for — is sensitive by law. We process it only because you chose to share it to use a service that cannot work without it, and you can withdraw that by deleting your account. We never use it for advertising or profiling outside Cravy.

Your ID photo and verification selfie are looked at by a person, for one purpose: confirming you are a real adult. Both images are deleted from our storage as soon as that review is finished, and any request left unreviewed expires and is cleared automatically. We keep only the outcome — verified or not, and the date — never the document itself, never your document number. Cover anything you do not want us to see, including your BSN; we do not need it and may not process it.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Your profile disappears and your conversations end straight away, and for 30 days you can still sign back in and change your mind. After that a person erases the account for good: profile, photos, messages, everything. Nothing of it is kept.
