Consent, not surveillance.
Cravy is built around consent, verification, and giving people real control over what they share and who they share it with. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Verification
Every member joins by personal invite, and browsing only opens up once you are verified. You send two photos: a selfie doing a randomly assigned pose, and a photo of your ID with your BSN and document number covered. A real person on our team checks that you are 18 or older and that the person on the profile is you, and then both photos are deleted. We never store your ID, your document number or your date of birth. All that remains is that a human checked, who checked it, and when.
Boundaries as a feature
Your profile includes what you are open to and what is off the table. These are shown to the people you match with, not buried in a policy page. If someone contacts you in a way that ignores what you have made clear, you can report it in one tap.
Reporting and moderation
Reports go to a human moderation team, not a black box. You can report a profile, a message, or an interaction. Serious or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines result in permanent removal.
Privacy controls
Your face, your name, and your precise location are hidden by default. You choose who sees your profile, your photos, and your activity, and you can revoke access at any time.
Emergency and support
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. For everything else, reach the safety team at safety@itscravy.com. We read every message.
